Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO.  1                   
"An  Act  relating  to  state   implementation  of  federal  statutes."        
Without objection, it was so ordered.                                          
                                                                               
President Pearce added a further referral to the Finance Committee.            
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 1 was referred to the Finance Committee.
